En la web de los interioristas que firman este proyecto, City Home Collective, no venía ni un solo dato sobre el dónde, qué o el cómo de este hogar de aires masculinos, pero como su estudio está en Salt Lake City, se me ocurre pensar que quizá no esté muy lejos de allí. Maderas subidas de tono, paredes negras, papeles pintados en tonos grises y muebles, sillas y sofás que respetan esta gama cromática ayudan a completar este ambiente elegante y oscuro. La cocina no lo parece, el dormitorio respira influencias orientales, el comedor tiene cosas del hollywood regency más glamuroso y el salón podría estar en algún club privado inglés. Suena contradictorio, lo sé, pero yo aquí lo que veo es mucha mezcla y a la vez mucha armonía… · There’s no much information in the interior designer’s website about where this home is located, how big it is or who owns it, but taking into account that they’re in Salt Like City this home is probably somewhere nearby… In any case, it is a fantastic example of how to create a masculine atmosphere based on dark wood and colors (black and grey are the main colors in this dark palette). If I had to give this style a title would be somewhere between british smokingroom meets hollywood glam.
